Bluebird Care are you looking for a part time domiciliary care position in the Trafford area?
We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a dedicated community care team supporting clients across Trafford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy flexible working while also benefiting from guaranteed hours once you’ve proven your commitment.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Zero-Hours Contract– Monday to Sunday (7am – 10pm)
- Competitive Pay:
- £14.00 per hour (weekdays)
- £14.40 per hour (weekends)
- Double pay on Bank Holidays
- Guaranteed Hours After Probation– Up to 50% of your committed weekly hours

What We’re Looking For:
- Caring, dependable individuals with a genuine passion for supporting both children & adults
- Commitment to: Monday to Sunday (7am – 10pm) – flexible shifts available
- Flexibility to work within agreed schedules
- Willingness to include some weekend availability (pro rata based on hours)
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Successful completion of probation period to unlock guaranteed hours

Hale, Altrincham, Bowdon, Timperley, Sale, and Hale Barns
