Verification Manager

Overview

You will lead the expansion of Codasip’s Verification team across multiple Design Centers, aligning with company strategy and objectives. You’ll guide engineers, share workload with other Verification Leads, and foster a culture of verification excellence. The role focuses on verifying RISC-V processors and extensions, owning IP verification projects, and shaping verification strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and stay ahead of industry trends. This is a high-impact role at the core of secure, CHERI-enabled architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of the Verification team and capacity across multiple Design Centers
• Collaborate with other Verification Leads to balance workload and resources
• Verify RISC-V processors and extensions
• Own IP verification projects
• Help determine the company’s verification strategy
• Address challenges specific to Codasip’s customizable IP portfolio
• Provide technical leadership and establish verification best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in semiconductor verification
• Commercial experience with functional processor verification methodologies (simulators, coverage collection, gate-level sim, etc.)
• Knowledge of verifying CPU architectures or complex IPs (GPUs, NNAs)
• Proven ability to manage workload and priorities in dynamic environments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of RISC-V Architecture
• Knowledge of computer systems and architecture
