• Lead and coordinate the front-end development activities within a Scrum team.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and development teams to plan and deliver sprint commitments.
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and support estimation, sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to React developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and engineering best practices.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify technical risks, and proactively resolve blockers impacting the team.
• Collaborate with Senior React Developers and broader front-end architecture groups to adopt new standards, frameworks, patterns, and development practices.
• Ensure consistent implementation of agreed front-end architectures, design patterns, accessibility requirements, and testing standards across the team.
• Support application design discussions and provide input into technical solution approaches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to code quality, automation, performance, maintainability, and developer productivity.
• Promote knowledge sharing and mentor team members to improve technical capability and delivery effectiveness.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for front-end development within the Scrum team.
