Job Description:
Our client seeks an experienced InP Process Engineering Manager to lead a specialist semiconductor epitaxy team in Newport. You will manage and optimise MOCVD/MBE reactors, drive process development, troubleshooting and cost control, while delivering high yield and uptime for both Production and R&D activities.
The role requires strong technical leadership, performance management and collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability and process quality.
