Global Supply Chain Director: OTIF & Inventory Leadership

LeMieux is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead the global supply chain, integrating demand and supply planning across regions, warehouses, and 3PL partners. The role will balance availability, cost-to-serve, and working capital to support the customer proposition and growth.

You will own the end-to-end supply chain design, planning, and execution, including network design, policies, and contingency planning, with a focus on OTIF, stock health, and cost optimization.
