Hybrid London: Associate Director, M&A Due Diligence

Cognizant is seeking an Associate Director – Corporate Development, Strategic Due Diligence to lead strategic, commercial and cross-functional due diligence on prospective M&A opportunities. The role supports UK & Ireland, Europe, North America and APAC with primary responsibility for UKI and European markets.

The role is hybrid in London, with emphasis on high-impact presentations to executives and interaction with investment committees.
