12-Month Hospital Medical Director: Lead Quality & Governance

NHS Grampian is seeking an experienced Hospital Medical Director for Dr Gray’s Hospital on a fixed-term 12-month, full-time basis (40 hours). The role focuses on strengthening governance, leading quality and safety improvements, and shaping the future of care in Moray.

You will work with the Hospital General Manager and Chief Nurse to drive high standards, support the medical workforce, and influence cross-boundary service delivery to create an outstanding place to receive care.
