Associate Director, Cities & Design – South Coast

Arup’s Southampton office is expanding to represent the full Cities, Planning and Design portfolio. The Associate Director will shape opportunities, lead bids and client engagement, and grow Arup’s South Coast presence across masterplanning, town planning, transport planning and related disciplines.

You will build relationships with key clients, drive profitable project delivery, mentor staff, and contribute to thought leadership and marketing to enhance Arup’s regional profile.
