Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex property-related claims (first/third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage, subrogated recoveries)
• Deliver high‑quality legal services and support the wider team
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support business development and client understanding
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to shaping a caseload aligned with your expertise and assist in overall practice group success

Key requirements

• Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE and a strong focus on property damage
• Proven experience handling insurance-related property damage claims including third party damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex issues clearly
• Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues
