International Tax & Compliance Manager

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking an International Tax Manager to join the Finance team. You will support the Head of International Tax in managing the group’s global tax affairs, including compliance, advisory and risk management across multiple offices.

You will lead tax filings, coordinate with local CFOs and advisors, and oversee UK and non-UK tax calculations, with a focus on mobility, withholding, and cross-border issues.
