Overview

In this Manager role, you guide large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation programs that leverage AI to build next-generation products. You partner with Strategy, Design, and Technology to shape executive-level strategy and ensure delivery aligns with client needs. You mentor junior team members and help translate complex business challenges into clear strategic directions. You will work with senior clients to identify opportunities where AI can drive growth and lead initiatives from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation programs, including AI and product strategy work
• Manage cross-functional teams and advise executives on business models, goals, and competitive pressures
• Be the day-to-day client contact, manage expectations, build relationships, and resolve issues
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing clients
• Direct the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models
• Coordinate Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to maintain a cohesive program vision
• Design and facilitate executive design thinking workshops, architecture sessions, and large-scale planning
• Oversee structuring and authoring of high-impact presentations, business cases, and RFP responses
• Act as a thought leader on AI, digital, and product innovation and mentor junior team members

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Passion for user experiences, product innovation, and AI technology landscape
• Experience structuring complex, ambiguous problems and guiding clients to actionable insights
• Strong relationship-building and business development capabilities
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication with executive presence
• Proven problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to lead multiple workstreams
• Self-motivated leadership and commitment to knowledge sharing
• Experience presenting, facilitating executive workshops, and public speaking
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Willingness to travel globally and hybrid work model
