Technical Manager

Overview

In this senior Salesforce program and technical leadership role, you will define the architecture and roadmap for Salesforce solutions while guiding delivery across multiple teams. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to align requirements and drive successful implementations. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure on-time, within-budget execution, and lead change management and continuous improvement in Agile environments. You’ll provide technical oversight on Apex, LWC, and integrations, mitigating risks and ensuring secure data flows. This position offers impact at scale through strategic leadership of complex Salesforce programs.

Responsibilities

• Define overall Salesforce architecture and technical roadmap
• Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and manage expectations
• Oversee delivery, track progress, and manage budget within Agile/Scrum processes
• Ensure successful Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems and secure data flows
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle

Key requirements

• 10+ years of end-to-end program/technical management experience
• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with data modeling, data migration, and complex integrations (APIs, Mulesoft)
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence; Agile/Scrum familiarity
• Ability to influence senior management and lead cross-functional teams across geographies
