Full Stack Engineer C# TypeScript – AI Start-up

Overview

In this role you will contribute to building AI-enabled SaaS products within a scaling startup backed by a prominent bank. You work closely with the CTO and product team to translate ideas into working MVPs, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery while upholding engineering standards. You’ll own architecture and guide AI-assisted coding across the full stack, focusing on speed, security, and maintainability. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack software using C# and TypeScript on modern cloud platforms
• Direct AI-powered workflows and guide AI agents through code generation while owning architecture
• Shape product requirements and translate ideas into practical technical solutions
• Prioritize product backlog and deliver lean MVPs with a focus on user needs
• Champion automated testing, CI/CD, deployments, and production reliability
• Collaborate with CTO and banking stakeholders to align technical work with business challenges
• Maintain performance, security, and coding standards across projects

Key requirements

• Strong C# and TypeScript skills
• Experience with full stack development
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Comfort using AI coding tools (Cursor and Claude Code)
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
• STEM degree (likely) or equivalent background
