We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operation across the UK while supporting our growing international business. The Role
As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics and inventory operation, managing a team of shipping agents, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring our products are delivered efficiently to customers across multiple regions. You’ll play a key role in improving processes, maintaining stock availability, and driving operational excellence across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of shipping agents, driving performance and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chains to ensure stock availability.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and transport provider relationships.
- Oversee shipment tracking and delivery performance.
- Manage purchasing and ordering in line with business requirements.
- Conduct and support stock takes across the UK, Canada and USA.
- Drive continuous process improvements within the logistics function.
- Ensure accurate reporting, freight costing, invoicing and administration.
- Support on-site logistics activities and future training initiatives where required.
- Occasional travel to Canada/US for staff training or emergency cover.
About You
- Previous experience in a Logistics Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong inventory, shipping and supply chain management experience.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and suppliers.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with operational systems.
- Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently when required.
