  • Supporting immigration and right-to-work compliance activities, liaising with external advisors where required.
  • Coordinating HR-related Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Managing HR lifecycle activity for internal HR team members, including onboarding, offboarding and family leave processes.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure all HR communications and documentation are accurate and compliant.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a HR Advisory, HR Operations or HR Generalist position.
  • Strong experience providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Exposure to employee relations casework and HR policies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using HR systems alongside Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A genuine interest in improving processes and enhancing service delivery.

Why apply?

In return, you will join a leading international law firm that is committed to employee development, wellbeing and career progression.

Benefits include:

  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing support.
  • Competitive pension and insurance benefits.

  • Exposure to international and cross-functional projects.
  • A collaborative and inclusive working culture.
  • Opportunities to contribute to community and charitable initiatives.
  • Clear career progression within a highly respected HR function.
