The Talent of Tomorrow is partnering with a growing beauty brand to recruit a Senior Trade Marketing Manager – Global. This role leads global-to-regional trade marketing initiatives across wholesale, retail and omnichannel environments, translating brand strategy into regional programs in the UK and Europe.

You will manage budgets, build toolkits, work with distributors and retail partners, analyse campaigns, and drive in-store visibility with a focus on ROI and cross-functional collaboration.
