Litigation Executive – Clinical Negligence at Fletchers Solicitors
Fletchers Solicitors, a leading UK law firm specializing in personal injury and clinical negligence, is recruiting Litigation Executives to join its Clinical Negligence department. The role involves managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims at all stages, including trial, within a hybrid working environment across multiple UK locations.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (newly qualified up to Grade A, or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases.
- Ability to manage cases through to trial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims at all stages, including trial.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team handling severe injury cases caused by medical mistakes.
- Bonus: Scheme available subject to targets being met.
- Holiday: 35 days per year (including bank holidays and Christmas closure), with option to purchase up to 3 extra days.
