Senior Associate – Professional Risk

A leading Legal 500-ranked insurance disputes team is looking to appoint an experienced lawyer to support its continued growth within the Professional Risks practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team acting for insurers, businesses and professionals across a broad range of complex coverage and liability disputes. The work spans professional indemnity, property damage, public liability, management liability (D&O), cyber and data risks, with claims ranging from small disputes through to multi-million-pound matters.

The Opportunity

• Manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity and liability claims
• Advise on complex insurance coverage disputes
• Handle both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Work closely with insurer and London Market clients
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Play a key role in the team’s ongoing growth and business development
• Work alongside highly experienced Partners within a collaborative environment

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with significant insurance litigation experience
• Background in Professional Indemnity, Insurance Coverage, Property Damage or Liability claims
• Experience managing your own caseload and delivering commercially focused advice
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
