Business Systems Manager — Salesforce & CRM Leader

Maxwell Bond are partnering with a leading UK manufacturing organisation to appoint a Business Systems Manager on a permanent basis. You will own, optimise and support core commercial systems such as Salesforce and CRM platforms, driving user adoption and system performance.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with stakeholders to improve data governance and deliver continuous improvements across the business, shaping how technology enables commercial success and user experience.
