n WHAT'S ON YOUR TO-DO LIST?n Contract, property and debt recovery disputesn Contentious probate mattersn Divorce, financial remedies and cohabitation disputesn Drafting documents, correspondence and court papersn Negotiating, advising clients and building relationshipsn Advocacy where appropriaten Getting involved in business development
n WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?n A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executiven At least 3 years' PQEn Someone confident managing their own caseloadn Excellent communication and client care skillsn Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing deadlinesn Comfortable with case management systems and legal portals
n THE IDEAL LAWYER:n Someone who can handle a contentious probate dispute before lunch and a financial remedy matter after lunch – without needing a lie down!n
