Customer & Community Engagement Manager

The Clancy Group is seeking a Customer Liaison Manager in Andover to support our Southern Water contract. You will act as the link between operational teams, customers and local communities to ensure clear communication from start to finish of major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include ownership of customer engagement across projects, developing communication plans, handling enquiries, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. A UK driving licence and travel are required.
