Parts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our busy parts department at a well-established car dealership in Liverpool.

This Parts Manager position offers:

• Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Alternate Saturday working

• Supportive and positive team environment As Parts Manager, you will:
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the parts department
• Maintain effective inventory control and stock management
• Coordinate the ordering, receipt and distribution of parts
• Ensure workshop and customer requirements are met efficiently
• Lead and support the parts team to deliver excellent customer service
• Work towards departmental sales and performance targets
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms
• Analyse parts performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to develop a collaborative and motivated team The successful Parts Manager will have:
• Proven experience in a Parts Manager role within a motor dealership
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience using automotive parts management systems and Microsoft Office
