Job Description

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise manufacturing processes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

• Experience in managing maintenance activities within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial environment.
