A volume brand main dealer in the Beckenham / Penge area is offering a well-balanced setup: a proper 5-day working week with no Sundays, a strong basic salary, and a commission structure delivering £50,000-£60,000 OTE.
Responsibilities
- Managing and converting new and used vehicle enquiries
- Supporting customers through the sales process from enquiry to handover
- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity
- Working effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused experience at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year motor trade Car Sales Executive experience
- Stable work history
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and presentable approach
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Salary and Benefits
- Starting basic £24,000 – £27,000 depending on experience
- OTE £50,000 – £60,000
- Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm
- 5-day working week (no Sundays), one weekday off per week
