- Partner with in-house designers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative tailored to each platform’s best practices, audience behaviors, and evolving ad formats.
- Analyze campaign performance on a regular cadence, translating data into clear, actionable optimizations and confident recommendations for budget allocation across channels.
- Manage day-to-day paid social budgets with a performance-first mindset, maintaining pacing and efficiency against key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Brand, and Growth teams to ensure paid social strategy is aligned with broader diner acquisition and retention goals.
- Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats across Meta and TikTok to continuously bring fresh, informed thinking to the channel.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly articulate performance narratives and creative hypotheses to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with Meta product catalog feeds.
- Experience in consumer or diner marketing, e-commerce, or a two-sided marketplace environment.
