Responsibilities
- Handle M&A, structured transactions and equity financings
- Work on project development and related matters
- Execute transactions across infrastructure and energy transition sectors
- Address legal, commercial and strategic aspects of complex projects and investments
- Manage transactions and collaborate with partners, colleagues and international teams
Key requirements
- 2-4 years PQE
- Location: London
- Experience in energy & resources, projects/project finance
