Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager

Location: Bradford

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager ready to lead a supportive, child-focused service in Bradford?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of a children’s home in Bradford as a Children’s Home Manager
• Ensure the safe and effective management of the service, supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Work with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure compliance with OFSTED and company standards
• Manage safeguarding concerns in line with policy and best practice
• Recruit, develop and supervise the staff team to ensure consistent, child-focused support
• Create positive outcomes for children and young people through effective leadership and oversight
• Manage the home’s budget and contribute to service improvement

Requirements

• Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards
• Level 3 in children and young people
• Driving Licence
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and OFSTED compliance
