Senior MEP QS – Government Office, Darlington

HLP Consulting is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a major government office development in Darlington. You will take commercial responsibility for mechanical and electrical packages and work with a skilled project delivery team.

The project values the MEP package at over £20 million; you will manage procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts while aligning with NEC contracts where applicable.
