HR Advisor (Contract) – Employee Relations & HR Systems

Belcan is seeking an organised HR Advisor to join the busy HR team at the site-based location in Broughton. This initial 6-month contract involves 35 hours per week over 4.5 days, with shifts between 7am and 7pm and BPSS clearance required.

You will support HR Business Partners across campaigns, onboarding, HR system transactions (Workday/SAP), reporting, and recruitment activities, ensuring accurate administration and strong stakeholder collaboration.
