CGI-Qualified Corporate Governance Assistant Manager

Burgess Hodgson LLP in Canterbury is seeking a Corporate Governance Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Governance team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, assist with formation of companies/LLPs, maintain statutory records and prepare documents for Companies House.

You will support the Manager and supervise trainee company secretaries, requiring CGI qualification and strong MS Office/Diligent Entities skills. The role hours are 9:00-17:30, with a competitive salary based on experience.
