Senior Community Nurse Lead – Deputy Team Lead (Home Care)

Central London Community Healthcare is recruiting a Band 6 Registered Nurse to join the Watford and Three Rivers Community Nursing Team as Deputy Team Lead. This 12-month fixed-term role is 30 hours per week, offering co-leadership and supervision within a supportive team.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based care for patients in their homes, enabling independence and better outcomes.
