About the Client

Our client is a bespoke high-end residential contractor with a turnover of £40 million. With a strong presence in West London and continued growth, they are seeking an Estimator to join their expanding team. This is an opportunity to work on a range of high-value residential projects within a well-established and forward-moving business.

The Role

• Take full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and manage tender submissions
• Negotiate tender returns and final project costs
• Liaise with subcontractors from initial engagement through to final accounts
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Carry out first principle estimating

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager with a Main Contractor
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as Commercial Management
• Strong commercial awareness and acumen

Desirable

• Experience delivering interior fit-out or high-end residential projects ranging from £3 million to £30 million
