Payroll Manager – Lead Pensions & Benefits (Hybrid)

Derby City Council is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll, pensions and employee benefits within the HR Shared Services team. Based at the Council House in Derby, you will manage a 12-strong payroll team and drive end-to-end payroll delivery across thousands of staff.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, and involves developing efficiencies, staying current with payroll legislation and strengthening the organisation’s reward offering.
