Director of Rowing — Shape the Future of School Boat Club

Great Marlow School invites applications for a Director of Rowing to lead our boat club and shape the future of rowing across the school. You will oversee the programme’s strategy, technical coaching, and pastoral support, working with Senior Management, coaches, and parents to foster talent from beginners to national level.

The role is full-time all-year, with a starting salary aligned to experience (£43,149–£53,051).
