Head of Finance – Scale & M&A for Rapid B2B Growth

Nirvana Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding B2B services business where the Finance Director hands over day-to-day to focus on M&A execution and investor relations. We seek a Head of Finance to own the finance engine, lead integration of acquisitions, and drive true commercial performance across projects.

You will operate in a high-volume, contract-led environment, partnering with leaders to ensure contract profitability, improved WIP reporting, and cash flow visibility.
