SEN Teacher & SENDCo Lead — Inclusive Education (Luton)

Choice Teachers is assisting a forward-thinking secondary academy in Luton to appoint an experienced SEN Teacher / SENDCo. The role leads the design, implementation and monitoring of high-quality support plans for students with diverse learning needs, in collaboration with teachers, families and external agencies.

You will drive inclusive provision, coach colleagues in adaptive teaching, and contribute to a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development.
