We are recruiting a Building Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established concrete manufacturer based just outside Ballymena. The company supplies products to the construction, civil infrastructure and agricultural sectors across the UK and Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to develop new business, grow existing customer accounts and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of £32,500 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (40 hours per week), with some flexibility required, including occasional 7:30am starts on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify new sales opportunities and maximise existing business.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
? Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on tenders.
? Manage customer orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
? Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
? Work closely with internal departments to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
? Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

- Proven ability to meet customer service and sales KPIs
- Confident in using computer software such as Microsoft Packages, CRM & ERP systems
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
