North Region Operations Director: Lead 7 Areas to £350m

Wagamama is seeking an Operations Director for the North region to provide strategic and commercial ownership across 7 area managers and a region generating significant sales. You will report to the board, shape regional strategy, and drive outstanding performance in guest experience, people and culture across all restaurants.
