We’re looking for people from sales or customer-facing backgrounds who want a career where what they earn is down to them. No recruitment experience needed. Full training provided.
The role
You’ll own your own tech market and run it like your own business. Win the clients, find the talent, close the deal.
- Business development and cold calling to win new clients
- Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Managing the process from first call to signed offer
- Negotiating salaries and closing placements
Earnings
Uncapped commission, paid monthly. Our consultants earn £1,000 to £15,000+ a month in commission, with extra bonuses available in your first 6 months.
- Year 1: £30,000 to £40,000
- Years 2 to 3: £40,000 to £60,000
- Year 3+: £60,000 to £100,000+
