Strategic School Business Manager – Finance & Operations

Philosophy Education is partnering with a highly regarded secondary school in Rochester to recruit an experienced School Business Manager (SBM). The SBM will lead finance, HR, estates, facilities and administration to support the school’s strategic goals and financial sustainability.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong financial acumen, governance awareness and the ability to work closely with the Headteacher, Governors and leadership team to drive long-term improvements.
