Overview

You will drive the people-infrastructure demand signal for the Data Center, turning field needs into structured requirements and delivering compliant solutions. You’ll operate across the EU region with a focus on EMEA and APJC, supporting site launches, retrofits, closures, and replacements to ensure a seamless people experience. You partner with TimeHub, Workforce Solutions, Payroll, Compensation, policy, and Benefits to land scalable solutions and stand up a net-new operating model. This role centers on translating business needs into actionable programs and guiding them from intake to delivery, prioritizing high-value work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the intake of people-infrastructure demand across all workstreams, translating needs into structured build requirements and driving delivery to compliant solutions.
  • Support full site lifecycle (launches, retrofits, closures, replacements) with emphasis on pre-work people transitions, focusing on EMEA and APJC regions when on-the-ground support is needed.
  • Ensure accurate time and pay for the DC population by providing well-structured requirements to TimeHub and Payroll teams and helping operationalize solutions during launches and transitions.
  • Partner with owner teams (TimeHub, Workforce Solutions, Payroll, Compensation, policy, Benefits) as a single point of contact to land use-case requirements and track progress to delivery.
  • Scale solutions by turning a market-specific fix into a standard adopted by other markets, aligning with established mechanisms and standards.
  • Identify and surface risks early in the intake-to-delivery pipeline and work them to resolution with owner teams to avoid compliance or business disruption.
  • Flex across workstreams as priorities shift, addressing the highest-value problems wherever they sit.

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of HR, talent program, or program and project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and delivering solutions
  • Experience working across multiple countries or business lines
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with influential teams rather than direct management
  • cross-functional collaboration
  • prioritization and decision-making
  • risk awareness and problem solving
  • timekeeping and payroll systems experience (e.g., TimeHub, MyTime) or comparable HR-systems configuration
  • requirements gathering and pipeline intake management
  • data-driven decision making and stakeholder alignment
