Overview
In this role you support the BeNeLux Client Solutions Group in London, assisting senior sales and cross-functional teams to serve institutional clients across product ranges. You help prepare meetings, respond to client queries, and contribute to business development and market intelligence. You collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and operations to execute the strategy and enhance client service. This fast-paced position suits a self-motivated professional eager to shape solutions for the BENELUX client base.
Responsibilities
- Assist external sales in preparation and follow-up of client and prospect meetings; respond to queries on products and services
- Partner with sales to drive day-to-day client activity and strengthen sales effort
- Collaborate with internal functions and product teams to meet client needs
- Demonstrate proactive teamwork and promote new ideas within the group
- Coordinate with product specialists across asset management products (public markets to private assets) and support functions to execute business strategy
- Support the Country Head with market intelligence, business development, financial analysis, and planning presentations
Key requirements
- Native Dutch speaker (written and oral) is essential
- French is a plus
- University degree or equivalent
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational, project management, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of investment funds and financial markets
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Some experience in global asset management or strategic consulting is preferable but not essential
