SEN Teaching Assistant – Support & Growth in Chelmsford

Reed is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs at a Chelmsford specialist school. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:40 AM – 4:00 PM, full-time, with an immediate or flexible start date and a pay rate of £14.00–£15.00 per hour.

You will assist with personalised learning plans, help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, and employ adaptive strategies to promote pupil progress and wellbeing.
