Ready to take the next step in your transport career? We’re working with an established business looking for a hands‑on Transport Manager to take ownership of fleet compliance, improve operational performance and drive positive change.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Transport Manager or an ambitious transport professional ready to step up.

The Role

• Oversee transport operations, fleet compliance and driver standards.
• Ensure compliance with UK transport legislation.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, driver hours and training requirements.
• Investigate incidents and implement improvements.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiency and performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet utilisation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in transport management, supervision or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent communication skills.
• Transport Manager CPC qualification desirable, but not essential for consideration.
• Ambitious candidates looking to progress into management are encouraged to apply.
