Overview

In this role you will lead the children’s residential home, ensuring high care standards and smooth day-to-day operations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to safeguard well-being and drive consistent quality of care. Responsibilities

• Oversee the children’s residential home to ensure high care standards and effective day-to-day management
• Lead and support staff to deliver safeguarding-focused care
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance in line with industry requirements
• Coordinate weekend/evening coverage as needed and manage rota planning

Key requirements

• Approx 5 years’ experience in residential care
• 2 years in a management role within a children’s residential setting
• Background in managing residential homes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children’s Residential Care, or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS check
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
