We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor to join our client based in Cirencester.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a case load of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and nuptial agreements.
• Advising clients whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Providing clear and sound legal advice to clients from initial consultation through to resolution.
• Drafting legal documents, applications and forms.

The Ideal Candidate Would Have

• A proven background in running good quality family matters.
• Strong technical, legal and advisory skills in relation to a range of family matters.
• Specialised knowledge of Section 8 applications would be beneficial.
• The ability to manage your own case load independently with supervision available.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. There will be opportunities to market these skills and acquire new clients within the Cotswolds.
• The ability to run matters efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring compliance with Lexcel standards.
• A real enthusiasm for family law work.
