Lead Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you will shape and scale a technically hands-on engineering function within a growing, customer-facing platform. You will lead a close-knit team, influence product design and key technical decisions, and drive exciting greenfield projects. The stack centers on modern JavaScript/TypeScript with Node and React, running in AWS/Kubernetes, and a recent GraphQL migration context. This is an opportunity to have real impact while staying hands-on and supporting your team to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small engineering team to deliver high-impact features
• Influence product design and core technical decisions
• Contribute to and drive greenfield projects
• Maintain hands-on involvement with the stack (JS/TS, Node, React) in an AWS/Kubernetes environment
• Support the GraphQL-migration context and API strategy
• Foster a collaborative, proactive team culture and remove blockers to enable performance
