Head of Property & Maintenance Operations

Wonderfield Group seeks a Head of Property to lead reactive and planned maintenance across its estate from the Head Office. You will oversee statutory compliance, contractor performance and maintenance expenditure, while developing the Property team to take ownership and drive value.
