The year-long placement develops practical actuarial and advisory skills through on‑the‑job learning, with AI-enabled tools and global delivery support to focus on judgement and communication.

You will work across pension schemes, learning funding positions, risk management and client advisory processes, with exposure to both trustees and sponsoring companies.
