Family Paralegal

Working alongside our specialist family lawyers, you will provide key support across a wide range of family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Trethowans LLP is seeking an experienced and organised Family Paralegal to join our highly regarded Family Team. • Drafting legal documents, court forms, statements, and correspondence




• Preparing bundles and assisting fee-earners in case management and progression




• Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records




• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other third parties




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems

Ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Family Paralegal (private family law experience highly desirable)




• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients during sensitive matters




• Excellent organisational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail




• Confidence working under pressure and managing competing priorities




• A discreet, empathetic, and client-centred approach
